We are the first private multi-sector sharia holding company in Indonesia, and even globally, based on Islamic law. Established on April 15, 2026, in Karanganyar Regency, this marks our first step in establishing a comprehensive Islamic-based holding company. The company has two business lines: the Holding Business Unit and the Tea Trading Unit. We invest in the sharia banking, telecommunications, agriculture, and manufacturing sectors, where the issuers are listed as sharia stocks. We also purchase sharia bonds, both government and corporate, in the capital market. We also utilize other sharia investment instruments. Specifically, the company has a real investment in the tea processing industry under the name Kalpataru Tea Trading Unit. In the future, we will invest not only in Indonesia but also in other sharia capital markets such as the Philippine Stock Exchange and other stock exchanges that offer sharia instruments, as well as other halal real investments.
